These photos were taken on September 30th, 2012 at 8pm. Gone are the summer days of the midnight sun and not yet are the winter days of dark. To the west the sun sets and to the east the harvest moon rises. The air is crisp with promises of colder weather to come.

Great pictures Todd- I love the fall, I just don't like what comes afterwards. So hard to believe that all the leaves are down there. We still have mass quantities of them on all the trees and bushes and many of them are green yet. I want to go do some hunting before they close the doe season, but the foliage is so thick I don't really want to wander into the woods for fear of Mr.Brown.
