Talk about bad luck...

So, a convenience store security camera catches a guy grabbing a ladies purse off of the counter. All the police have is the guy's picture from the tape. But, who is he?
The local paper gets the story, and the picture, and puts it on the front page. Right below a story about a local sign guy that will paint holiday scenes on your business' windows. Included in that story is a picture of the window artist. As the paper is being printed, someone noticed something odd... Like the fact that the window painter dude, and the purse grabbing dude have the same build, hair color, and clothing... Sucks to be him. (Read the whole story here...)

Do they understand what we say...

I offer this as the follow-up to my "Fratalian Coffee" video. Do we communicate in a way that people can understand?

"I" as in....

So, someone is leaving me a voice mail earlier today (I'll not mention the name to protect the innocent...). They are spelling out a word phonetically, and they say "'D', as in David... 'I', as in ... ... umm.... I guess 'I' as in 'I'." So, is that 'I' as in eye, or 'I' as in aye? I guess it was funnier to hear than to read about it here...
So, for those who don't have the phonetic alphabet memorized, here ya go...

FPU Wrap Up...

This is a little delayed, but we wrapped up our first FPU classes a week ago. We had 33 families join, and about 25 completed the 13 weeks. We had an average of $9800 per family paid off in debt, and another $5100 saved.
